How much Clonazepam do I need?

How much clonazepam do I need for the SN method. This is the first time I am taking any benzo and I weigh 85kgs.So how much clonazepam should I take to knock me out and how long would it take to work? I mean how long should I wait before drinking the SN solution

Bumping this. Was also wondering if clonazepam can be substituted for alprazolam (because it's kinda hard to procure where I live), and how much would one need.

Benzodiazepines alone do not generally yield very high mortality rates. They are useful as sedatives and as components of other methods, but I don't really think I would use them alone as a method.

Questions like this can often be researched by looking at studies on PubMed/National Institute of Health (NIH). Obviously these sites will likely not directly state the amount considered to be a "fatal dose", but you may find studies regarding individual cases, prognoses, and outcomes from different amounts of different drugs. Earlier I was looking at a case study on PubMed of a girl who attempted suicide by taking 5000mg of modafinil, it was interesting.

They are not trying to OD. Their post says they are taking these with SN. Benzos are recommended when attempting with SN to calm nerves and combat SI.

Ah oops lol. Should have read more closely. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

My understanding is that both clonazepam and alprazolam are similar in overall strength, but that alprazolam (xanax) is more quickly metabolized and thus will have peak effects sooner than clonazepam.

This website states that the peak concentration for alprazolam occurs 1-2 hours after administration, while for clonazepam it is 1-4.

I am not a pharmacist but I would suspect that you should take the equivalent amount, but some time earlier. If peak effect can be double of what it is for alprazolam, I would wait at least an extra hour. Of course it's impossible to know for certain what the best time is without having cases to study though.
