A few months ago, I just spent my days eating, sitting in front of my pc and sleeping.

Some weeks ago, I started walking and jogging and it made me feel better but...

Some days ago my bipolar disorder has been on the DOWNS side and I'm just lazing around :(

I wish I had the strength to do anything. Even walking.

I used to hit the gym six times a week before COVID got bad. It helped me during the initial aftermath of my breakup, and my mental well-being has deteriorated a LOT since I stopped.

I made some sand-filled kettlebells for use at home, but it's nothing in comparison.

I don't necessarily mean, who goes to the gym. Who out there takes regular walks, bike rides, yard work, etc?

I'm in a funk today, and I think it's because I've been rather lazy the past few weeks. I haven't been keeping up with the yard, I haven't been out on the bike, all of things I've been "working on" have stagnated. As a result my diet has been poor, and my mind has been punishing me.

What about you? Do you actively try to get outside, or get yourself moving? Anything you've been putting off?
I like walking and biking, but have lacked the energy or will for it recently. As of the last couple months, ive mainly just stuck to my room.

I've been going on hour long walks every weekday. It's stupidly hard for someone as weak as me and it hasn't gotten any easier than the first day I started doing it and I've been doing it for months. My legs still get sore and I still pass out everytime afterwards. Whoever said exercise gets easier the more you do it must have either been lying or my body is just so pathetic that it won't adapt.

I have to make myself do it. Don't really enjoy intense workouts, but it helps lessen my anxiety and can help me sleep better. Love taking long walks out in the forest with my dog. That really gives me a deep sense of peace, unfortunately it doesn't last a long time after I get back to the house.

I do push-ups and situps and sometimes jump lunges and shadow box throughout the day or every night.
Going places, I'd either ride my bike, or travel on foot.
I don't like being sedentary too long, leaves room for me to get fat and lose muscle.

I did excercise a little, but gyms are closed because of COVID and will probably remain closed for months.

I never exercise. For some 4-5 years now, I have this thing that I am always tired..like, physically (and psychically too) tired..to such extent that it is effectively an effort for me just to walk one step, or to do anything whatsoever..even just to exist is exhausting for me, lol..and I have this 24/7.
I am working (and have been working ever since), and I am able to 'function', despite being exhausted all the time, but I just suffer doing anything, so I would never exercise since I try to minimise physical effort as much as possible

Working myself up to one-handed pushups. Gonna take a while longer since I'm not a featherweight.

I just started exercising again. It helps, even if it is just for the short term.

When I wasn't in agony,I exercised a LOT. It really does give you a bit of a natural pick up.
It can be hard to get motivated,so there's having to force yourself
I found getting a fitness tracker very helpful

I go walking in quiet areas sometimes, but most of the time it is tiring just moving around. All I want to do is sleep, I barely have any energy.

I used to exercise every day when I was younger but now I don't anymore. Too busy with work. It's always too late to make noise/walk outsde, and I'm too tired, once I have free time.
