I started a journal last fall that I feel like dictates my final thoughts. It includes things I want to say to friends, family, mental health professionals im seeing, etc. I date each entry. Some are angry and rageful and addressed to certain people. I think maybe I'll add other thoughts closer to end to those people as well that may be more positive but we will see. It's an ongoing process with whatever feels real and genuine to me.

Be careful how you spell out your wishes. If it's part of your suicide letter, medical personnel are not legally allowed to honor it. If you do not want life saving measures performed on you you must state it in a particular manner and have it signed and witnessed in accordance with local laws.
This would only apply to lifesaving interventions, unfortunately it doesn't mean "Do not treat."

"The act of taking my own life is not something I am doing without a lot of thought. I do believe strongly, however, that the right to do so is one of the most fundamental rights that anyone in a free society should have. I do not care about these dullards. Once I'm gone I'm gone, take the note as it see it, it's literally my last words. I sat there for days wiriting it out due of FK, it is neatly composed actually, not that matters, as before, so below. I'm so alone that I'll be decomposed by the time you so much as realized I'm gone. You wouldn't have becuase you'd feel something in air, a burden lifted, and realized One problem settled, but cant yet put the finger on this relief.
