Zero except some vitamin and mineral tablets.

I have found them all to be a waste of time, they just numb the mind and mask the problem.

You're not wrong. But for some they are life-saving though. Sadly, I am not one of them 💂🏼

0. I'll never touch another SSRI, or any antidepressant in general.

Sometimes the 'cure' is worse than the illness.

Used to take 6 different meds. I don't take any now. Sertraline did save me for a while a few years back but my brain was always fuzzy. I've declined to go back on any anti depressants or anxiety meds because I do a fast paced job where I need to be sharp. I don't notice what I need to if I take anything

3 psych meds plus others for physical conditions. Getting ready to try TMS since meds haven't helped in years.

4: fluoxetine, mirtazapine, olanzapine and because im in the middle of a crisis lorazepam as a prn

i know people hate on antipsychotics and i'd much much rather not be taking them but the olanzapine is honestly whats been keeping me alive for the last year and a half.

being permanently sedated sucks but until a couple of weeks ago had been working amazingly well at the cost of cognitive abilities like learning and memory as well as metabolism issues
