How many benzos and when SN regime

I have temazepam and lorazepam that I want to take with SN but don't know when to fit them o. The regime, I will use Olanzepine as antimetic. Don't take antacid

It´s recommended to take 500 mg Diazepam together with the SN. Some members suggested to take the benzos 30-60 minutes before the SN.
What I would do if this was my method (it isn´t): I would take 1 or 2 benzo tablets 1 or 2 hours before the SN to calm down and the rest of the benzo together with the SN. But this is only my personal opinion and no recommendation.

The reason why the guide recommends to use the long acting benzodiazepine Diazepam is not the treatment of anxiety for the SN method,
but to make the process more peaceful.

Lorazepam is a medium-acting benzo. Diazepam is a long acting benzo. I don't know how many mg of Lorazepam you need instead of Diazepam.
I would guess the same amount of miligrams. But it doesn't work as long as Diazepam.

personnally I would aim so that it somewhat knocks me out. so like 5 or 6mg. problem with that is you need tp drink sn within a window before you pass out from the sn. I recomend reading up on Lorazopam to figure out how much you would need to black out with your body weight etc. assuming it blacks you out I saw that there could be a loss with your motor functions so you might start flailing because of the loss... google the OD amount etc...

Any increased dose above the recommended prescribed dose is an overdose. The amount of overdose depends on what you want to achieve with the dose.

- low overdose: to calm down

Do you have any idea how to spread the olanzepine as antimetic in the 48 or 24 hour regime ?
