I found some SN, however I probably won't go through with my plan until either later this year or early next year. Will that be okay or will it start to deteriorate (sorry if this is the wrong word lol) the longer I leave it sitting around my house? I just wanted to purchase SN now before it's too late. Thank you in advance!

It'll definitely be okay if it's sealed, don't worry.

Some say 3 years, others say almost indefinitely if it was never opened.

Some say 3 years after opening? I'm just curious because I plan to take just what I need from my container, hide the rest, and attempt so that if I somehow fail, I can say I threw it away and come back to it again if necessary.
