Method How long after drinking SN drink Benzos?

How long after you drink your sn drink should you drink the benzo solution? Asking since I dont want to throw up after and throw up the sn AND the benzos which will make drinking it useless.

The typical protocol is to take them before SN. The timing depends on the particular benzo, as they have various onset times.
