Method How likely is jump hanging decapitation to work ?

I've seen that in a few suicide attempts. People jump with a rope attached to their neck and get decapitated instantly. This is the same mechanism as vehicle assisted decapitation except the blunt force is due to jumping.

How likely is this to work ? If one jumps from a high place ?
