Make bad decisions, do nothing to change, isolate yourself...I imagine that many will already feel identified with that, at least I do.
If it is physical pain it depends, does it make you feel better? I haven't been much of it. Years ago I cut myself but I saw that it didn't give me as much relief as hitting myself.
i just do things to sabotage myself then get angry and have to take out my anger by hitting burning or cutting myself, also i have forced myself into a sleep schedule of getting around 20 hours a week only
