I tried getting it from my doctor recently and I had no idea it was so sought-after. I was denied it in suggestion of other medications. Apparently it can be really dangerous, I was not aware of that. I just want something to take so my heart can stop beating a thousand miles an hour from nauseating anxiety.

I'd guess you feel the same too? I'm sorry you are struggling, I hope you find something that helps, friend.

I take propranolol since more than 10 years I think. My doctor gives me because my heart beats too fast and irregular. I take 20mg every morning and it works great. If I forgot to take it at 9am for example, my heart begins to beat faster at 2pm. My doctor took it for her migraines and it worked great too for her.
I don't remember which doctor prescribed me this drug first. Maybe a cardiologist but you can try to ask your regular doctor. Or try maybe telehealth.

I decided not to use propranolol when i take my SN. I will take xanax to calm me down instead.

Xanax is good too. PPH says propranolol is optional. I'd like to have the latest version of PPH to see if they talk about it but I'm under 50 so I cannot buy it.

In my country xanax it's perscribed like candy and there are many people who abuse it. I had a hard time acquiring it though. My doctor didnt perscribed it to me, so i went to a private one.

I didn't know it can be dangerous. Sometimes doctors say it's dangerous because they just don't want to prescribe it... If your heart beats too fast, you should try to see another doctor because propranolol is very effective and recommended for this issue. I hate when my heart beats too fast, it gives me anxiety.
Last year when I did my blood test, the nurse told me I have less risks of infarction with propranolol. I had pain in my chest and I was anxious about it, but she says propranolol use protects my heart. It's only my personal experience. It's maybe dangerous if you take a higher dosage.

If only your country could prescribe N or Fent so easily...
I take valium everyday and zolpidem sometimes for my sleeping issues. I think valium is good too with SN method. It kicks very fast (I take only 5mg in the evening - when I'm too anxious or nauseous, I take more). I plan to take 300mg before/after SN but I'm not sure because of vomiting.

I have propanolol. I know it's not gonna kill me or anything, but what use does it have? Just calming you down before hanging or CO? Dose?

It's used for SN method because nitrites causes tachycardia.

I once got it because I had stage fright (shaking when speaking in front of audience), and shaky hands holding a cup at public events like weddings and funerals.

I'm prescribed propranolol for migraines. Not sure where you are but I think it's quite commonly prescribed in the UK if you get frequent migraines :)
