• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I want to ctb but can't get over that survival instinct, Its almost annoying to me at this point. I want to trick my brain into accepting death, almost like someone on their death bed accepting it. Maybe there's no way around that overwhelming feeling, just want to see if theres something that can just shut that instinct off. I don't care if immediately regret it right after, just something to get me over that mental barrier of no going back.
Thanks.

For me its repetition and practice of steps I would take, but whatever you are going to do it will likely still be difficulty. Just as example judging by posts here, majority have practiced hanging before.

drugs/alcohol are also option depending on your method.

I plan on taking a small dosage of benzos before i ctb with SN (Xanax is my choice of benzos). That's how I plan to override my SI.

There are different ways depending on the person that can slightly help ease the process, as mentioned before, for some practice repetition helps to mentally prepare themselves, something I haven't heard mentioned yet is a far longer process of spiritual meditation, there are famous stories of monks who had mastered meditation to such a degree that they could set themselves on fire and not feel any pain, their minds strengthened to such a degree they could cancel out any outside force, but this requires a lifetime of determination and practice, a final option is choosing a definitive method that has a smaller hurdle where there's no coming back from.
In the end you will have to determine yourself how you are going to overcome this hurdle and instinct

Reprogramming the brain

But they don't teach that you can do it and how to do it

Its not going to be easy , hard work hourS everyday the correct kind of practice and techniques

U have to believe that u can reprogram ur brain and the techniques and hard work will work or u won't put in the massive effort required
