How does it feel to have extremely low blood sugar?

I have heard some people saying it resembles the feeling of extreme Hungar.
Is it like that? And how long does it take until you have a coma? Will you chock or vomit? I am planning to drink alcohol on an empty stomach before overdosing insulin.

i struggle with low blood sugar consistently - you'll generally just feel weak.

common symptoms i experience are:
- trembling hands varying in severity,
- headaches,
- fatigue and tiredness,
- dizziness is very prevalent. sometimes i can't stand up because i will pass out,
- lack of appetite,
- thirst.

i don't think it resembles the feeling of extreme hunger - but this can be a cause of low blood sugar.
