I think if you are certain that your life will be suffering until its end and there is no hope for recovery, it is time. It doesn't mean you have to ctb though.

For me I was always sure that I would. It was always a certainty. It's strange because I can't explain where this certainty comes from But I just... Know. I feel like I waiting for something But I dont know what (?).

I think I'm just trying to get over the fear of death itself and the pain I'm probably going to feel. And honestly I don't think anything will change my mind
