It's one of the worst things that can happen to someone.
I was raped in my childhood. I get it.
I skip a heart beat whenever i remember it and forever wish i never had a memory like that to remember.
You don't owe anyone anything, you got hurt but you're not a discard of a human being.
All of those piece of shits who got away with what they did to us deserve to get flayed alive.
And seeing you talk about it reminds of me of my own trauma.
We never got any justice for what happened to us, all we can do is just stop existing to stop all the pain that's hurting us everyday.

Barring some peaceful and nearly painless methods such as N, F, inert gases (N2, Ar, CO and such), there isn't many other options that allow for a peaceful and (relatively) painless exit, even then, there is the struggle of overcoming the SI and/or some methods that may still have temporary discomfort though it may be mitigated to some degree (even SN has it's discomfort if not paired with certain drugs such as anti-emetics or so).
