I work and study a fucking ton (and sometimes i get myself doing exercise to numb myself). I just need things to cope, and i try to make the things i use to cope situations i get something good in return. Did i got heartbroken? Did life got shit? Did my disease debilitated myself more? So i'll work in everypart of myself, i'll exercise everyday of my life, i'll work every overtime i can...

Other thing i do is seek passions. See what i find amusing in the world and try to make part of my life. Complexity, programming, chess, philosophy and meeting incredible people makes me cope and keep going.

I don't have healthy coping methods mine are usually online shopping or irl window shopping because I like fashion and seeing displays a lot plus it can count as a walk depending on how long I go out for. It used to be indulging in food and ended up with me hating myself for a long time but exercise it super good, biggest struggle was mentally doing it.
Also I found that having a collection of something significant to you has done wonders for my brain

Running. Everything feels less terrifying and horrible when I'm running. The rhythmic movement/sounds and need to focus on my breathing make it almost like meditation.
I love to run, too! But lately, I feel suicidal even after the run, whereas in the past I had an hour or so of a reprieve.

I don't cope at all. I eat junk food, sleep, and chat, that's all. I just need to die. And I had a very healthy and productive life before it got ruined. Now I don't do anything at all anymore. I can't go out, I can't exercise anymore, I can't do anything, I'm ducked.
Word for word, this. I grieve my former self every single day.

The oldest and most widely-used coping method in human history: the psychoactive compound ethanol, more commonly known as alcohol.

Ive almost lost the ability of daydreaming, but I used to do that a lot. Playing videogames, watching youtube/twitch, anything that stops me from thinking and remembering stuff, since last Christmas Ive been in extreme anxiety 24/7 so coping right now is very difficult. Going outside is my nightmare, and with summer almost here sh is a pain in the ass...
I also love reading manga and watching anime btw!

This is a basic question, I've been having it very rough recently, and I want to know what people do to cope with stress, depression, anxiety, etc.

Me personally? I walk to wherever I feel like, especially in the warmer months, sometimes with friends, sometimes alone, sometimes with headphones listening yo music. I also work out. I've tried to develop healthy coping mechanisms, and things to revolve my life around, especially in recent months.
That's a very good question. I'm not sure how I cope or even if I do. The parts in my life I think help me, then can take a dark turn. So I'll have to get back to you on that one. But keep doing what your doing. I guess keeping the mind ticking is the best thing. 💪

Heroin.. (yea it's not ideal. And I'm sure that I will go down in flames. But if it kills me, then I'll be happy.)
Me too. Not ideal but it definitely makes everything a lot more bearable.

When you say plants, I gotta ask, what kind of plants? I've thought about trying that myself. Like small succulents or something of the similar or more complex?

Music and more music. Listening, writing, playing, doesn't matter to me. Guitar is my biggest outlet. I don't have any decent coping mechanisms outside of it though. If I'm feeling something that is too much to handle I'll just bury my head in video games till I don't think about it

Going outside, playing video games or listening to music. It does help but honestly, these never last long. The pain always come back sooner or later. It prob would be better if i just talk about my problems but I can't so prob gotta stick w these for as long as I can keep myself alive
