As a previous reply stated, you should cruise some SN goodbye threads. I've seen several describe getting sleepy and saying everything is peaceful. Just mind the regimen they used.

I'd imagine majority of people who have ingested SN on here, are no longer with us, so you'd struggle to get a personal answer. Please use the search bar or google for things like this

As methemoglobin levels increase, symptoms continue to get more serious. These can include:
  • headache
  • shortness of breath
  • nausea
  • rapid heart rate
  • fatigue and lethargy
  • confusion or stupor
  • loss of consciousness and seizures.

This I'm going to write is my own and subjective opinion, don't want to be misunderstood by anybody thinking I'm trying to appear like an authority in this issue.

We all know which are the supposed effects of an SN overdose (999888 wrote them very precisely), but one see those signs (kind of neutral when you read them on a screen) from a different point of view when you are hearing what's actually happening after taking the SN. A member of this forum, much beloved by me, CTB last night and I was talking with her by voice chat during all the process. I don't want to advise against this method, indeed it has been in first place during sometime for my own CTB, but all I can say is this: it was something horrible and FOR ME it is completely discarded.

I read a lot of goodby posts (SN method) and most reported elevated heartbeat, nausea , dizziness. Headaches and rapid breathing only several times where mentioned, maybe those are later symptoms.

Was it the palpitations? Did she panic? I panicked before even opening the bottle.

Listening in on someone panicking after ingesting a toxic substance sounds as horrible as it gets.

Like everyone else has expressed, is there any way you can give us more info? That sounds quite serious and given the popularity of SN it is of great concern to us.

I'm not ready to give up on SN yet. While I think it's unfortunate that some people may have side effects worse than others, that's true of everything in life. We don't know the regimen's impact, the sn used, etc. Exit has studied this method and endorsed it.

Edit for missing word

Also there has to be an element of brutally realistic thinking required here, we r not drinking a caramel latte with sprinkles after all- we are drinking a highly toxic substance, we make jokes (as i have) & discuss it very casually like its a new fashion trend, oh its 'all the rage' & 'very popular' right now: lets look at the cold hard truth: Its a strong POISON, that very tragically some of us are choosing to take, to escape a life of pain and/or suffering AND no hope. Make no mistake: this is a VERY serious substance & topic! Also no one has any real 100% evidence that it will be peaceful (however, it MIGHT be relatively so-we simply just do not know this for sure), but there IS evidence that it CAN cause DEATH! So think very long & very hard before messing about with this stuff.

Lets not sugar coat this-its not a celebratory substance-its not sherbet dip. Its very real. Its very sad, but for some it might just be the only way out.

Instead of writing " something horrible and for me it is completely discarded." This does not help the forum in any way .
We have no idea of medications which could have an adverse effect or side effects , was the regime followed , etc etc etc

So I was definitely thinking of using SN as my method until I was availed of information that made the experience an absolute no-go. Complete nightmare. Needless to say, I will not be doing SN. Anyway, would you look at the time! Gotta be heading off! Ciao! Arrivederci!
Well that was random!

The final grotesque indignity inflicted upon me is having to sneak around like a criminal, ingesting questionable toxins, because legislators have an unholy alliance with "god" to ensure their continued electability/employment!

I drank some salty water yesterday. Even that was not easy. I felt very dehydrated. Hope we are allowed to drink some water after sn attempt.
Going hungry is ok but i hate going thirsty when i do it.
