Help How do I unread something?

I recently read the short story Borrasca and I legit cried during the final chapter and I have a mental image stuck in my head that I cant get out
I would actually consider reading this story knowing the mental toll it will put on you as a form of self harm holy shit
In reality Im probably just a pussy but I am about to puke
10/10 Story, Would not recommend

Whenever a story affects me too much like that I just give it a different ending that I'd prefer and pretend it's canon.
