how do i stop feeling so lonely?

please help me, i feel so alone. i've tried going out with friends and family; yet i feel like an outsider each and every single time. they barely acknowledge my existence. i've tried to distract myself constantly with no luck, deep down i'm just so alone. i have no idea how to make this feeling go away. every time im reminded of this feeling i want to ctb sooner.
