Id say a solid 5 but i do have several tests from several differwnt doctors coming up so .. we shall if my already limited time has then the bus may arrive a little earlier than doctors have given me ... we shall see.

I started off with a 1 when I officially decided that I no longer wanted to participate with whatever other people are doing (ie: "life"). I am almost 30, and I do NOT want to turn 30.

I set a date for the summer ('25) and I've been playing court with myself and my life. I put myself on death row. So far all attempts to remotivate me have been useless. In these last months of this life I only see endless systemic neglect for ALL sufferers. Especially people who are under the age of 18 - the biggest victims.

My urgency to CTB has been creeping up with each failure and now it is currently at a 7.

It has recently spiked up to a 9 but for it to reach a 10? I would need to satisfy my to-do list in order to follow through.

Has anyone else been keeping thorough notes on themselves and their realities?
