Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Just the sheer terror of ending your own life I would expect. They probably should address SI more. I accept the pro-mortalist argument about suffering from a mathematical standpoint. No life = no suffering. But the physical reality of ceasing to exist isn't as simple as disappearing. It's also a pretty big deal that living beings tend to not want to be killed. Whatever we say about the undesirability of coming into existence, once you find yourself existing it's not a simple matter to stop.

It might be the liberatory effect of promortalism that makes life seem bearable again for a while. After all death is the thing that the majority of people are terrified of. Overcoming that fear in one stroke is an impressive feat, although it feels a bit like cheating when it's done in this way, but that's besides the point.

Mostly cus of that suicide isn't easy at all and that ctb has the risk of failure which leads to more suffering which is worse than to try to attempt suicide in the first place, especially as more effective methods get restricted. Or they might want to do something to benefit others before dying?

Let's just hope they don't get their hands on a big red button I guess.

Or lets hope they do.
