I understand, I really wish there's a straightforward answer to this. I find it so dreadful and horrible how there isn't the option to just easily die in peace, it's unacceptable how people are trapped in this existence with no way to reliably cease existing when they wish to, I also feel stuck here. But anyway I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for.
