Taking 2 mg of lorazepam
My plan is to strap a 20-kg backpack around my waist and then walk into a lake. I'm going to put two backpacks inside each other so there's no risk of the seams tearing, and I'll also secure the backpack to myself with a rope. I plan to do this at night.
I know that it will be very painful so ofc a part of me doesnt want to do it however I am suicidal for over a year now and I wont get any better.
