Google tells me what to do before one but not during. Been having anxiety attacks a lot recently, starting to impact my social life and job. Can't get rid of the source either so I gotta power through them as they come.

Not panic attacks, anxiety attacks! Just to clarify.

RUN!

(Put that nervous energy to use and exercise yourself to the point of physical exhaustion, if you can. I know not everyone is able. The steady breathing required for a long jog/run helps a lot.)
