I have an appointment with a psychiatrist but it's first meet (tomorrow). Chatgpt is saying unlikely I get any help.

I have .5mg Klonopin and traAdone and hydroxyzine but these act very slowly and only sedate they don't put you out and don't do anything about anxiety.

Can someone help pl
