• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Will any length work? Does it have to be at least X? Is the longer the better?

Too long is ok. Only you know your location. You need to work that out.

You're not calculating a long drop such as used for executions. And if you are, don't, ease in full suspension is better and less technical than long drop.

For full suspension it's literally the length you required from the anchor point with enough for a noose.

Learn to tie a good anchor knot such as a bowline. The slipknot noose takes less than 5 seconds.

Simply cut a rope to the length you require or have a long tail at the anchor end.

The length of rope makes no difference at all once it's "in use".
