Help How can I avoid feeling scared before doing it?

Hi, I'm new here and I don't know if anyone is willing to help, but I really need to die urgently tomorrow . I'm very clear on how to do it (hanging myself), but whenever I try I get overwhelmed and my survival instinct kicks in. I also want to be able to go through with it even when I feel the panic and pain.
I've seen here that it's possible to die painlessly using this method, though I think it varies a lot. I've accepted that it will be painful for me, but it's the only method I have access to and I have no other choice. I feel like I have everything ready, but I'm just scared of pain

Not peaceful for everyone. See if compressing your carotids make you dizzy. If yes, there's good chance you'll pass out within 30 seconds. Else, it'll lead to strangulation. I'll suggest, do your homework, by testing things. There are threads on fsh hanging and posts of people who have tried it, go through as many of them as possible to understand how to go about it.

Also, i don't know if alcohol+benzo will help to override SI

I've tried placing the rope in different spots on my neck, but I still haven't managed to pass out. I just feel that pressure in my head like it's about to explode.
I don't have access to certain medications either, so it's difficult for me. Still, thanks for the help, I'll try reading more information and advice here
