I have good control of my inner conversation. I had to work with it. I used to think and speak out at the same time. People thought I was too chatty, and a bit unfiltred. So I had a longer period keeping my mouth shut (thousands of thoughts spinning in my head). I then slowly started to be myself agai, chatty, but without being annoying.
