Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm considering jumping since I can't have access to peace ways to CTB so I was wondering how high would the fall need to be to be sure that I wouldn't survive
Also, considering on what I'd land (sand, rocks, water etc)

Would landing in sand dampen my fall to the point of leaving me paralyzed instead?

150 feet onto concrete or 250 feet into water is almost guaranteed based on what I see in this forum.

Hard surface and headfirst is always ideal

Wow, really?
Sure doesn't sound that high, all things considered

I guess I might aim for something higher as I'd like to reduce the amount of time during which I'll suffer from the impact since it'd mean I'd fall faster...

Well, rule of thumb is what @Tomorrow Is Today said. A previous user on here, who later passed on with SN (may she rest in peace) jumped from 8 stories. She ended up having to do 8 surgeries in a year, in a wheelchair, and her drs said she might have to get her leg amputated. A few people have even survived the recommended heights tho, like jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge. Jumping is so unpredictable because you have no control over how you land. You'd have to land head-first. I'm not trying to scare you in any way, I know you're in unbearable pain like many of us, and I'm sorry. I just want to make sure you know the risks of that method.

but falling from around the 46th floor onto concrete there's no chance of surviving right?
