I survived the method.
(Sadly)
If you survive start hypabric oxygen treatment, not once but at least 20 to recover and start LDN( low dose naltrexone) immediately, other wise the long term effects and the autoimmune response will destroy your brain.

About your question - i took 6 g clonzepam and fall asleep very easily, didnt feel anything

Sorry that this didn't work for you... what exactly happened that meant you survived?

i was sure that 4kg is double that needed in a small car so i didnt seal everything also i forgot because i was high and drunk.
charcoal is very complicated, you need to burn it good, but not too good, the co duration is short, after one hour started to go down.

I don't see how you can seal a car since the area under the dash is open.
I have read about people dying in a car with a charcoal grill however, so it can be done, but probably will heat up the car. Also, waiting for death for an hour is much too long. I won't go into details but there is an account of a man who used the CO method who lost consciousness in 11 minutes.
