I will ctb tomorrow with sn, I have everything planned but I thought about putting a sodium adize warning on the wall so emergency has to be more careful and it takes longer.
Also they surprisingly use sn as an sa antidote so if they misunderstand the situation they will just inject you sn and then you are dead.
Or is this not how they would do it?
I am pretty sure I will not be found in time but just to be sure.

I've seen you around this forum often. You will be missed. I hope you find peace.
It's a good idea in my opinion. If they're in any way competent they'll test for what substance it is anyway but it could cause some confusion and it's possible there could be negligence too.

How do they test it?

I dealt with many doctors who didn't know anything about medication but I don't know how competent emergency is.

Do they really administer things beyond activated charcoal before blood tests confirm it?
I thought about faking responders out before too. Though my approach would be to swallow some bitter almond extract and put a cyanide warning on me. SN is used for that too.

I am also interested in that.

How can bitter almond be used for ctb?

What do you mean?
You could try to find poison protocolls from your country. Either from hospitals or poison control.

Nah almond is not suitable for ctb but cyanide emits a bitter almond like smell to many people so I thought I might be able to fake this.

SN is also an antidote for cyanide. Kinda ironic that poisons cancel each other out.

The toxicology screen uses blood, urine or stomach contents to test for poison. I read up on it and I'm not sure if they're able to detect SN that easy, they may go based more on what they find in the environment and symptoms. With the cyanotic appearance of the body and blood, and high methemoglobin levels, methylene blue is the treatment.

That might seem like a possibility, I'm not sure how first responders operate with their protocols (as others have said, it may be different between each department/location), but I think the general rule is that they prioritize their safety and other people around them first (they would likely don protective gear (PPE) and other measures such as locking down the surrounding area, evacuate the nearby residents or bystanders and such) before attempting to render aid or assistance. I'm sure even if they slowed down for several minutes or even longer, it does give more time for SN to take effect.

While others' claim that deception is unethical, I don't have any strong opinions nor qualms against it in such a situation, especially when no one is directly harmed and the person is desperate enough to want to exit suffering/existence/sentience. If we lived in a world where voluntary euthanasia was regulated and available, legalized, then there would be no need for SaSu nor having to DIY CTB methods and going through all the hassle, but I digress.

Anyways, I wish you the best and hope you find peace.
