In principle like hanging, you fix two nooses on a crux and put your wrists in the nooses. You die faster if your legs have no support. The most horrible way I can imagine: You fail to ctb. Instead you are then fully conscious, with extreme pain, cannot move anymore and cannot communicate with someone about your pain. Some pro-lifers standing in front of your hospital and protesting for your life to continue in order to save you from evil people who want to end the suffering. So years and years, decades and decades this game continues. You are probably absolutely nuts after spending such a long time only in pain. Then you die with 90 years old. So it is not directly a suicide but the cause was a plan not properly executed.
This is one reason why I am not dead already. This fear. Though my plans to kill myself try to minimize this risk to an absolute minimum.
I am not sure how many people "live" in this state. But I know there was this case in France. Someone the people did not know whether he was in pain or conscious. He could not express anything. Bro I mean WTF. I do not want to scare anyone. But as a conscious/sentiel being I fear such a state. I think this is a good argument for anti-natalism.
