Why would a chemist be easier to find than, let's say a veterinarian, who would have access to N?

A chemist is easier because he/she can be found in more than just several countries that are the sources of N nowadays. I specifically mean an illegal drug lab, so yes, it is akin to breaking bad. They are there and they post stuff quite frequently.
It seems quite risky for several reasons. 1) It could just be a scam 2) Assuming the chemist would send you something - you'd still need to trust that it would do the job, that he didn't make a mistake or if it's even "the real thing" 3) It gets another person involved who could report you, also the chemist would risk being prosecuted.
1) I'll have to thoroughly research it and demand proofs before the job, obviously.
2) Yeah, I'll need a test kit.
3) Once again, I meant an illegal drugs producer, so it would be their job and they would care not to report me/avoid being prosecuted.
Most chemists/vets probably wouldn't want to risk it. Unless you can find one who hustles on the side, and you bribe them. Or find a dealer that sells Fentanyl.
Yeah, this is it, I need a dealer/an illegal chemist that either already has fentanyl or knows how to make it.
