• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Do you guys belive in the great filter theory? Basically it's a theory that suggests that every civilization that reaches a certain level eventually goes extinct, and that's why there are no aliens contacting us. There are many reasons that could drive a species to extinction but my theory that I don't think anyone else has thought of and is important to this subject specifically is that eventually, a species reaches a high enough IQ that they realise that existing is just not worth it and a mass extinction of the species ensues. I think that's why there are no aliens, eventually everyone gets smart enough to the fact that life is just not a game worth playing.

That could be the best possible answer to the Fermi paradox.
