I've been in here for 4 months and I have never felt so understood anywhere else. So I wanted to say happy 4 months! The forum has been one of the highlights of my life. I have met good souls along the way. I feel like I have a family here. I struggle with bad self esteem so something like this was out of my comfort zone. My therapist told me to start journaling my emotions so when I stumbled upon sasu I was giving it a shot. Although I suck with keeping tabs,,, whenever I am in a panic state this place has been the first option for me. Airing out my emotions is super scary due to me always being told crying would'nt get me anywhere or how feeling the way I've felt was a phase or temporary. I love you all and I love reading the love I get back from everyone. Thank you all for welcoming me. And once again happy 4 months! Sending love to everyone<3!!
