Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

There's different types of heroin, the chemical doesn't change per say but rather the method used to ingest. #4 is for snorting, 3 is for injecting or smoking off of foil, you can "snort" #3 by putting it into an eyedropper in water and snorting the liquid.
