One small, but powerful tool I use is favorite music to calm down. It doesn't solve the problem, but it raises endorphins right where you are and they help.

You just need to try the keto diet and meditate and remember that happiness is a choice, man. Suicide doesn't stop the pain, it just transfers it to someone else. Also, if you kill yourself then you'll miss out on all of the cool new video games that are coming out, and that would really suck.
