I was thinking 50g to ensure that even if I throw up & pass out it would still absorb enough even if I didn't get the chance to take a second glass. Worried about somehow waking up.

I understand. I think I would still stick to 25 grams. You'd be surprised how effective 25 grams is. I saw someone consume 25 grams. It's pretty damn effective.
I understand the feeling to want to overcompensate. I don't think it's a good idea though
