I think it's easier to absorb quickly instead over an unknown amount of time if there is nothing else in the way. I'll definitely fast.Let's say that you have a nice dinner tonight (7:00pm) and go to bed at your regular time (11:00PM?). By 7;00AM, you will already have been fasting for about 12 hours. You can CTB in the morning rather than the afternoon or night time and not really have to be concerned about fasting.

There's a chance. But no fasting and no antiemetic means vomiting a lot is more or less guaranteed, which makes it less effective. Even 12 hours seems too short to me, although I haven't checked the guide in a while. I wouldn't want anything in there to vomit back up that doesn't need to be there.Similar threads
