Hi everyone, I hope everything is fine at least as possible as it could be. I have been passing my days trying to find the right way to hang myself. I have already read the threads about it, but I have had difficulties practicing. I canĀ“t lose consciousness, even with my hand making pressure over the carotid arteries and with the ropes I bought weeks ago. I have been trying partial hanging but canĀ“t make it through, so IĀ“ve been thinking about full hanging. I donĀ“t know if my neck is too thick or maybe my blood pressure is too high. I had all my life too much anxiety and that made my heart to be a little bigger than expected due to chronical acceleration over the years of the heart rate. I would like to ask any of you if you have any extra information of partial hanging to achieve my goal of CTB or if I should make it to full suspension due to the thickness of my neck. Peace
