Help! Where can I get my SN shipped to besides my house? I live in England.

I have walked over to my local post office and asked if they hold mail but they said I cannot get anything delivered to them, they will not hold it. So then I asked, do you know any other place I can? And they said no, post office will not receive your mail. If you order something and you were not in to collect it, you can get it redirected to us and then pick it up but you cannot send your stuff to us.

Opening a P.O box is too expensive for me. You have to do a 3 month contract and it's like over £100. Post Restante seems very confusing to me, if anyone has any information on that please tell me. I've thought about storage lockers but amazon only let you deliver their products to the lockers.

What else is there? Please help me! I've been stressing about this for so long and have researched a ton but haven't found anything.

A hotel would be my shout. They are used to people getting stuff delivered that are due to be staying. Slightly unethical but you could do this with a room booked in the future, then cancel the room once you know the package has arrived within a free cancellation period. Then just go to the front desk and state you were due to be staying and there is a package for you.

But I am scared they will investigate it. I am planning to order off IC and I have seen a picture posted on here once and the packaging says sodium nitrite, or salt or something
Also, I will not know the exact date the SN will arrive. I'm sure you only get an estimated date, for example, Jan 31st - Feb 2nd. So I would have to book that room for more than just a night. I don't have that much money.

I used to work in a hotel. We would never investigate a package other than checking if the name on the package matches someone that is due to be staying and keeping it safe until your arrival. I would be surprised if the description was picked up as front desk staff are too underpaid, busy and tired to investigate further.

To put it bluntly, hotels don't care what you do in the privacy of your room, just don't make a mess or cause noise complaints.

Oh and for the date of the booking, I'd book it a few weeks after the latest date of expected arrival, with a hotel that you can cancel at say 3pm on the date of the booking. Then if it came on the 2nd Feb for example, you can cancel a booking for the 2nd March with plenty of ease.

Cheeky! I wouldn't have the guts for that. A PO box costs about the same as SN so if you can afford one, surely you can scrimp to afford the other. But it's up to you.

The package on the picture at IC says SN, but clicking on it to buy it says it is S Salt - perhaps a way to disguise the contents?

I'm in Scotland and my local grocer shop will take in orders from Royal Mail and any other courier for me, without question.

I still get stuff sent there when I know I'm going to be getting home late for a period of time. It's worth asking around.

Is there anything for general mail like the new amazon lockers that not only can you return items to but you can have things delivered to.

There's 'in post' I think it's called but I don't know if they can receive post too

Or can you do a safe place like garage or shed?

If you have a understanding friend who will help try that, though hotels are a good method or the best.case scrape it off and get a p.o. Boxe
