Help Help me Please, my health issues have worsened, I can't take it anymore, want to exit .

I have myelomalcia , d12-l1 spine, consequently suffer from neurogenic bladder and bowel, urine issues keep me awake all night, can't empty my bowel even after frequent visits to the loo ( at least 4 times ), due to lack of sleep I suffer from other health issues too, my stress levels are way off the charts, in addition I suffer from debilitating depression, can't take anti depressants because it worsens my already bad bladder and urine issues . I can't go on living like this as there is no cure for myelomalacia , already on the maximum possible dose for my urine issues and still there is no improvement, I have no option but to take my own life, kindly help me with ways and methods . I am from India , getting hold of opioids like fentanyl and heroin is hard , please help me find a way to end my life .

I know, but can anyone here help me get hold of opioids or any other pills that will help me take my own life ? I don't know where to turn to or whom to ask for help, as I am all alone here .
