Have to say that's a pretty high price for 2 bottles. Even with a hike in price it's significant.

I don't have the latest email address but have seen a few scam addresses lately and there's a bit of theme. I'm guessing if you spoke with a shipping service that said your package was returned to sender though it must be legitimate. Someone else had the same problem. They posted about it yesterday but I think it was an order from a while back as I've seen the member around for some time. I'm not sure how these errors happen and what D will do about it tbh. He has offered a price reduction on second purchases before. Can't help wondering if the shipping issue is a result of changes to various processes. Didn't UK leave EU recently. That must have impacted shipping procedures. Then there's the whole covid thing and this Russia/Ukraine thing.
Bare in mind too that shipping handlers (and more importantly people who work in customer services for shipping handlers) are often half soaked or out of the full picture when recounting details from shipping manefests etc. They have a couple of words to base their recounting of the status on and often its open to interpretation or even misleading. Not wanting to worry you. Just saying it's not impossible it got intercepted or is sitting in a warehouse somewhere/lost. Customer service isn't what it once was. The days of "customer is king" are long dead and buried unfortunately.
