Hello darkness my old friend

I've been a way for a few months because somehow after years of severe depression I started feeling a little bit better. Then I started looking into buying my first house and realized I'm 40, if I get a 30 year mortgage I have to work until I'm 70 to pay that off. Then I popped back into reality and realize it doesn't matter if I have to work to pay for the house until I'm 70 or not, I'm going to have to work until I die regardless. Now I'm back and I'm committed, working on the plan and will keep you all posted. Wish me luck.
