Help Hello anyone have an idea to where you can get SN in Romania?

I made another thread about 7 hours ago or something, I got some info which was very reliable, I took about an hour to review a couple of the methods and I've seen this SN thing before and I didn't know what it was. Well I finally took a glance at multiple posts and the method thread, it seems to suit my needs! Although I've been wondering, where do you guys get this substance without being a juridical person/company? It would be much appreciated, I've seen something about using a browser that is developed and used by Russian people and that you should use that to search for it but all the sites that I've stumbled across looked like scam sites so I just went to sleep for 6 hours and woke up 10 minutes ago.
