I understand you…when I get SN I will use benzos too prior. But only then.
Being harmed by medication I've seen so many in the benzo withdrawal community not make it out the other side :(
BIND is Benzodiazepine-induced neurological dysfunction
Akathisa-you cannot remain still. The agitation and extreme inner restlessness makes sufferers want to get out of their own skin and end it.
Usually accompanied by (but not always) severe insomnia, racing SI/HI thoughts, sheer terror, violent images, DP/DR, feeling like your insane. Can go on for years
Going through this :(

Be careful with benzos.. took me years to break my addiction to them.

Now days its even worse, a lot are laced with stuff like fentanyl to make them even more addictive.

Still remember years of having to take benzos to sleep and modafinal to wake up, was totally nuts.

Any suggestions on how to withdrawal from them?

My doctor had to help, took me down from a ridiculous amount to 0 by dropping like 5mg a week over about 18 months.

I've heard that you can use very small doses of long acting benzos to taper. There are research chemicals available on the clearnet like:

which seems to be used for tapering off of benzo's.

If I had a problem with benzos I guess my first try would be to take the smallest possible dose of fpam to make symptoms barely(this part would be important) manageable, and then set up a timeline to gradually reduce(this part is also important) my dose in such a way that my body doesn't even notice the dose being reduced, until I'm finally taking so little, that I can stop completely. Probably over a period of a few months. That's just my first reaction to this problem, I've never had any kind withdrawal issue in my life, but if I did, that's how I'd do it. Caveats: Not medical advice, I don't really have any expertise in this subject, it's just a starting idea to entertain, etc.
