Is there anyway to start to destroy your body like your heart to have a cardiac arrest or something that won't show in a autopsy?

Well, I got covid and now have a heart condition, but I don't recommend it.

Just trying to think of ways to leave this life so insurance pays out. Don't want to wait another 10 months for insurance so if I can start damaging my body maybe give my self a cardiac arrest before the 10 months I be happy

I don't think there's any way to do this. People have had heart conditions for years - decades even - before they die. And there are more and better meds now, so even a crisis situation may not be fatal.
