I'm racking my brain for deaths I've seen in movies with a bear trap. Closest I can think of is the reverse bear trap in Saw and that one looks very painful.

I don't think I'd be comfortable using a bear trap to CTB. I believe my SI would kick in and/or I hesitate as I know the bear trap would likely not be fatal, but cause a lot of pain and discomfort. Even if it is fatal, it would not be a good way to go.
