Necessary to achieve flawless smooth and glowing skin. Doing it 1-2x a week and have to go against the grain has become a nuisance. Nicked myself and have been leaking the last half hour

Consider buying the Philips OneBlade Pro 360. The results I get are on par with a straight razor and I've never nicked myself since I bought it last year. Granted, you still need to shave yourself but when you do, it'll be a lot more comfortable than using a Gillette or straight razor.
Personally, I love shaving. I make it a weekly ritual. I set up my phone in the bathroom, I listen to a podcast, I get my warm water and my shave gel, and get some quality me time. It feels so good to remove all of that hair.
