This is what i am currently doing. I Wake up , watch some porn , check my non existent messages on dating sites , freshen up, eat crap, then pc is on and its youtube / reddit/ this site/ movies/ games /checking non existent dating site messages/ Porn in bed and read some reddit ask reddits and interesting stuff and then sleep rinse and repeat except for gym 3 days a week at morning. This is my life for many years now, im just distracting until i find a method and some money to buy the tools.

Yeah I would but unless you live with your parents or someone who's gonna pay rent then you have to get money somehow. Gotta go to fucking work and suffer just so we can survive. I would like to live like what you described because it actually sounds pretty good to a person who has anxiety and is an introvert but that's not gonna b possible in the future when I move out from my parents. Sure it may be the only thing some people can do. They are lucky to have parents to support them so they can be a NEET in relative comfort. As for your micropenis, why do men with that condition so often want to announce it? I mean, it's a problem sure but it's a private part of the body, if you see what I mean. This is a public space. You don't hear women publicly stating unhappiness with the size of their labia for some reason. Yet I know some women are very upset with this.
I know it's not unusual for men with micropenis to seek out prostitutes who are good at role playing where they humiliate and laugh at and debase the man's penis size, for money. I've wondered how this condition goes along with a desire to be humiliated over it.
Do you have depression and that's why you don't take a more active approach to trying to improve your life?

Men tend to make their penis size the focal point of their problems in life...too big and they whine, "no woman wants to sleep with me because I got a Mandingo". its my reason for suicide , if you had this and had to go through what we go through you would understand. labia size is not vital to sex and the woman will still be seen as valid and attractive. a penis in a man is what defines a man, i am sexually disabled and seen as undesirable . you should not tell guys what and what no to speak about and what affects them, i will very welcome and help women or men with body issues.

I'm just pointing out that I know for a fact men with micropenis want to be known to have that condition by the general public. I've wondered why. A few months ago one posted a picture of his micropenis. It's a drive to show the world his micropenis and it seems to be a universal trait for some.

It seems like what you described is just LDARing (Laying Down And Rotting) until the end of time, essentially a slow suicide. Much like what Nymph said, one still has to go out to work and/or someone get income in order to sustain one's basic needs (unless they are dependent on another person, such as parents, relatives, good friends, etc.).
On that point too, @Nymph I'm in a similar boat now as well. While I'm still in school, it sorta acts like a mini-facade so that my parents won't be hounding me day to day on getting a job or doing something productive.

theres a variety of reasons , i just answered as to why i dont have any confidence. some guys just feel its been a secret for so long and they want the world to know so it isnt shameful anymore, like with other body issues it can be seen but a micropenis is a handicap that has to be kept secret but when ucare anymore. also maybe he wanted medical advice, mental help, to provide evidence so people didnt think he was trolling etc theres many reasons why guys speak about it , to a man its the absolute worst fate, id rather have cancer or aids or never been born.

It is hard enough to find a meaningful existence in the monotony and madness of modern society, I don't see the need to be a "productive" citizen in society when society does not even support you in turn and kicks you to the curb the second you have any problems. Especially if you are just spending the time until you CTB.

I guess I'm just used to guys with this problem actually being ones who get off on discussing it at length preferably in public and it actually is victimizing others in a subtle way. I've lived as a NEET for many, many years and I hate it, and always have. I find it miserable, monotonous, boring, and lonely, however, I know that you (or others who have experienced it) may feel differently, it's just my personal experience and feeling of it. I really would love to be busy and doing things - when I dream about my ideal life, I'm not just sitting in my room, I'm established and achieving things, and happy about it. But I can't seem to muster any passion or will to do anything. It's not clear if there's even a path that exists that ends with me actually being happy.
I'm studying atm, because it reached a point where things became desperate and I felt like I had to choose to do something, because I had spent so many years doing absolutely nothing and spending 24 hours a day in my bedroom, going insane. But studying hasn't made my life feel any more worthwhile, and I only really chose to do it for prestige/financial reasons anyway. The problem is that it seems like without a degree, the available jobs are pretty much just retail, care home, or warehouse, none of which I like the sound of very much (I know there are other things but these three seem to come up the most, by far). I would maybe be ok with warehouse work but I worry about the physical demands/costs of it. I don't drive either so I can't do any driving jobs, and that also limits what jobs I can even apply for based on location. And now it even seems that degrees aren't very valuable and you need even more to "impress the employer" (god I hate that phrase, makes me feel like a circus animal or something). Though there's no alternative, the competition of job hunting is still disgusting to me. I applied and interviewed a few times for several positions but I've had a really shitty experience every time, I get violently anxious and never really pass the interview stage.
It's bizarre in a way, but the very fact that one must work or else they suffer, is something that offends me on a really deep level. I find something tyrannical about the fundamental narrative of life of "you can't get x unless you do y" which is a result of the cause-effect nature of reality, and for some reason I can't seem to reconcile with it, emotionally. All in all, I'm just tired of not knowing where I need to go or what exactly I need to do that will finally make this existence feel like a blessing instead of a curse. I have neither the energy nor the courage to try out people's recommendations for a better life, and it feel like at this point I'm just so full of resentment that I don't even want to try. I often hear that "you have to just persist and keep trying" and I think this is absolutely true but I just don't get motivated by it. When I fail in anything I get really upset, and that is disastrous, because failure is inevitable in this life. To live happily it seems you must be perfectly content with failure, which I'm not. I will hold a grudge about a failure for years or even decades after it happened. The whole concept of effort and reward is just so fucked up in my head in a way I can't even put fully into words.
Why didn't happiness come to me? Why am I always told/is it truly the case that I have to toil away for it? These are questions I so badly want answered, yet I'll almost certainly die with them being unanswered.
