Have my metoclopramide and propranolol. Started writing my farewell letter to my partner.

I tried tDCS these last two weeks, nothing happened. I'm gonna return the device if I can.

I plan to CTB at the end of the month while my partner is away. I will go to a remote location by night so that my partner doesn't find the body when they come back.

It's only getting worse. I've made my time. I'll make a goodbye thread when it's time.
